In response to the Electronic Invoice (e-Invoice or NF-e in portuguese) project of the Brazilian government, Homine develops projects in this field since 2005, becoming the main implementation company of the product in the market.

The electronic invoice solution is in compliance with the requirements of the local departments of Taxation and Finance of all the Brazilian states, adding value to the internal processes.

Contract options:

» ASP (Aplication Service Provider) - The solution is deployed in a monthly service basis, with a proportional fee according to the cost of the fiscal documents issued and received in the period. We provide full technical support, maintenance, storage and updates, so you don't have to worry.

» IN HOUSE - The solution is deployed in the client's facilities, and the client is in charge of the management and control of the solution, as well as maintenance, storage and updates. Note: for both options the implementation of the solution is provided by Homine's staff.





The Electronic Bill of Lading (CT-e in portuguese) project is based on the technological and functional model of the Electronic Invoice (e-Invoice or NF-e in portuguese) project, implemented to allow the use of electronic fiscal documents thus replacing the other existing fiscal documents in the country. The solution is completely in compliance with the project of the Department of Taxation and Finance (SEFAZ in portuguese) for transportation and logistics companies within the following sectors:

Electronic Bill of Lading Solution features

» Electronically converts and signs fiscal documents
» Issues and receives electronic fiscal documents
» Able to handle small, medium and large volumes of electronic bills of lading
» Automatically forwards electronic documents to the Department of Taxation and Finance (SEFAZ in portuguese), including the validation procedures for those documents.
» Parameterization of the electronic documents' files, including the printing management of auxiliary documents for the electronic invoice or bill of lading (DANFE and DACTE in portuguese).
» The electronic bill of lading solution works with all the Contingency Systems (security form, DPEC and SCAN in portuguese)
